Shelby Tucci, PGA

Head Golf Professional

Shelby, a graduate of the Mississippi State University Professional Golf Management Program, started my career as an Assistant Golf Professional at Chenal Country Club in Little Rock Arkansas. Following that, I worked as a Golf Sales Representative for Cobra Puma Golf. Realizing I missed being involved in the green grass side of the golf industry, I made the transition back and served as the Head Golf Professional for Le Triomphe Golf and Country Club in Broussard, LA. Most recently, I served as the Director of Golf for Jacksonville Golf and Country Club in Jacksonville, FL.
As your Head Golf Professional, I will strive to make your experience at Jackson Country Club exceptional each time you step foot on the property. I believe in teamwork and collaboration among all departments, because without teamwork there can be no success. I begin each day with the intention of being better than I was yesterday, and I try my utmost to encourage and motivate my staff to do the same.

Jeremy Qualls

Executive Chef

Jeremy, a graduate of L’ecole Culinaire in Memphis Tennessee, started my career in Lexington Tennessee as a line cook T-Birds Pizzeria & Grille. After attending culinary school, I moved to Memphis and became a Chef de Partie at Raven & Lily Restaurant in Collierville under Executive Chef and Owner Justin Young. I spent a great deal of time learning classical French cuisine as well as a fusion of gastronomy and southern cuisine. Over the next few years, I worked at multiple restaurants that would play an integral role in my development as a chef including Coastal Fish Company and Chicago Steakhouse at Goldstrike. Having worked with some of the greatest chefs in Memphis across many different styles of service and cuisine’s has helped me hone my craft to be the best chef I can be.
As your Executive Chef, my goal is to utilize my knowledge and experience across the many different styles and cuisines in this industry to create a dining experience that will have a lasting impression for everyone to enjoy. I believe a chef never quits being a student of this industry. The amount of knowledge there is at your disposal and the many different techniques there is to learn, it would be shameful to believe that you’ve learned all there is to learn. Our culinary team has the talent and capability to create food that can’t be replicated anywhere else in Jackson, and we are so incredibly proud to be serving our members!
